Thrive Style Passport Event

March 6, 2015

To kick things off at Thrive this weekend, we hosted a Style Passport Event at Market Street in The Woodlands. If you’ve never been to Market Street before, you’re totally missing out! Not only do they have amazing shopping and delicious food, but it’s set up like a little “downtown” style area and it’s super cute. I highly suggest anyone in the area checking it out!

Bloggers checked into “HQ” aka Langford Market to get their passport and were able to partake in beverages from Deep Eddy Vodka. We were so fortunate to be able to partner with such a great Texas brand!

Love Meg!
Friday night was a great chance to see old friends and meet new faces. I’m so glad that we all had the opportunity to hang out before the sessions began on Saturday!
After everyone checked in and got their passport at Langford Market, they had to stop by at least 5 stores in Market Street and be stamped in order to be entered to win prizes at the end of the night. I walked around with a group and made our way around Market Street to each store, including Kendra Scott, Trina Turk, and Elaine Turner.

This chick Meg right here is the coolest. (#muchworse)

Bree and I were so fortunate that the women at Trina Turk in The Woodlands really jumped on the Thrive bandwagon early! We really appreciate their support of Thrive! Not only did they serve as a passport stop at the event, but they also hosted Ashley, one of our speakers, on Friday night, gave away amazing swag, and dressed me and Bree for the Style Passport Event on Friday night! I’ve worn this dress so many times already. It was POCKETS, Y’ALL. That’s all you need to know.

Well, okay, one more thing. This dress is perfect for winter OR summer. Chilly? Throw on a cardigan or shawl, or even tights like I did. The classic white and black looks goes with anything and will never go out of style. (T. Swift, anyone?) The best part? This dress was under $200.

Everyone had a fantastic time walking around Market Street and visiting stores like Cosbar (awesome cosmetics store!) and LUSH (beauty/bath products.) A huge thanks to all of our sponsors for the evening: Deep Eddy Vodka, Bon Affair, Market Street The Woodlands, Langford Market, Kendra Scott, LUSH, Bath and Body Works, Michael Kors, Madewell, Trina Turk, Elaine Turner, Tommy Bahama and Cosbar.
After we reconvened at Langford for door prizes, we made our way up to the bar at Hyatt Market Street for some good old fashioned food and drink. It really was an awesome chance to get to know each other, and who doesn’t love free drinks and shopping?!

What’s your favorite go-to outfit for a girls night out?
