Hello friends! I hope you had a relaxing weekend. I’m planning a whole week of great posts so make sure you stayed tuned this week!
Like many others I’m sure, we’ve been trying to eat better since the beginning of the year. Unfortunately, we’ve been so busy that eating well hasn’t been a top priority. It seems like the whole year was thrown off by us spending New Year’s Day in South Carolina and me spending almost a week in Philadelphia. I’ve also been spending a lot of time down in Houston for Delta Zeta. I’m hoping to be a little bit better this week.
Since Nick and I both work, I make a meal plan every Sunday and it makes dinner time so much easier for us. No guessing on what we’re going to have, no straying to get take out. We still do this from time to time, but we’re getting better! I’d love to start sharing these meal plans with you, in hopes that you’ll also get some healthy dinner ideas.
