First of all, I just want to tell you guys how much I appreciate your understanding about not being able to get yesterday’s post up in time. While I was working on the post on Sunday night, the wifi in the beach house dropped out and I wasn’t able to finish the post in time! But we’re back on board today with something pretty special!
A few weeks ago I shared with you guys how much I love eMeals and how I had recently started using the Paleo option, changed from the Clean Eating option from before. I had a few questions about the differences between the two, and it really got me thinking… what IS the difference? Honestly, I didn’t even know! Thankfully eMeals created this handy chart to help explain the differences between Paleo and Clean Eating.
Unfortunately since Nick and I have been on vacation, we haven’t exactly stuck to our whole plan from before. But as soon as we get home we plan to hope right back on board! And a good thing too, because we won’t be getting back until the evening, so being able to take our meal plan and grocery list right to the store when we get home is perfect for being short on time!
