I totally forgot to let you all know that my Kate Spade issue was FINALLY resolved! It was taken care of in late October, but better late than never right?
Yesterday was the last day of my undergraduate career and it feels so weird to be on the brink of being a college graduate. I’ve been applying for jobs, but it still feels so surreal. (if anyone knows of any jobs in the Houston area, let me know!) I should be able to post a lot more now that I don’t have the busy schedule as I did with school and related activities.
Anyway, on to the main point of the post!
For Thanksgiving, I made a delicious pumpkin dip that two friends of mine gave me the recipe for (Thanks Wayne and Eric!). Here’s what you need:
2 16 ox. Cool Whip
1 can of pumpkin pie filling
1 box of instant vanilla pudding
1 tsp. of pumpkin pie spice
Mix the last 3 ingredients together
Fold into Cool Whip
and voila! You’re done.
Chill before serving and serve with gingersnaps.
It’s the perfect holiday snack! My family went crazy over it. (And it makes ALOT, be forewarned)
