A Photo an Hour... Kind Of

I had all the good intentions in the world to make this a totally awesome linkup entry and take super exciting photos, but then I realized something: my day, when in photos, actually doesn't look that exciting! (In my defense, I was going to do the photo challenge on Saturday when my day was actually super fun, but alas... I forgot.) Even though I contemplated sparing you, Meg insisted that I participate in Stephanie and Meg's Photo-an-hour linkup challenge, so here we go. (Disclaimer: I missed some of the alarms and forgot to take photos... oops.)

8 a.m. Even though I struggled, I did not want to get out of bed. See? There was still "snow" on the roof of the apartment across from me!

9 a.m. Time to work! My cubicle is open to everyone else, so it's slightly loud during the day.

10 a.m. Working on some super awesome music for our Gala next week!

12 p.m. In line at Chick-fil-A because I have a coupon-- woooo!

BONUS! 12:30 p.m. Just the queen of the household on her perch... in other news: anyone need two twin XL box springs?

1:00 p.m. Working the front desk while our receptionist goes on lunch. We rotate so everyone in the office gets to relieve her once every two weeks. I work on a laptop so I can bring my work with me downstairs!

4:30 p.m. Running an errand for work, then heading home. (Yes I took a photo while driving, sue me.) (Please don't sue me.)

7:30 p.m. Just finished dinner and watching American Idol. I didn't watch last season, but this season seems really good so far! All the talent on last night's episode was really good so I'm excited to see where it goes.

Aaaaand then I fell asleep on the couch before I could take another picture. My alarm to take a picture of 9:30 p.m. woke me up, but instead of taking a photo, I did the dishes instead. Very adult-like of me.

There you have it! My day (mostly) in photos. Did you link up?

I like that you did a regular day; I like to see what people's normal days are like :-) Maybe you could put those box springs on craigslist?

Your living room curtains!!! Did they come like that, or did you buy the printed one from target, cut it, and sew it onto a sold white panel...because I totally did that ;) xo

Love this post!!! I also really love the "sue me, please don't sue me" line. :) I might have to imitate and attempt a photo day like this for a post. That kitty is adorable too.

So I must have missed the post where you announced another blog make over-love it.
I haven't had CFA in forever, lucky you! They have good nuggets. :)

I went to document yesterday and I had to stop after my morning parts because I was falling asleep just looking at the pictures. But I do enjoy my little routines. Now if I could take pictures of my students..that would be something worth writing about.

I love that your office takes turns relieving the receptionist - everyone pitching in must make it feel like such a community.

Good photographers have brought whole new meaning to the art of photography. They could make difficult shots look easy and can always have lots of fun!
