I've never considered myself the most fashion-forward person. I know what's in style and what's trendy, but I don't always dress myself that way. That's when it comes in handy to have friends who know what they are doing!
Shanna just recently started her own styling venture and I knew that I wanted her help. I've seen her outfits on her blog and she's definitely one of the most fashionable people that I "know."
The process was very easy: we had a phone call last Sunday night (right after the Texans lost, boo!) and discussed what I was hoping to get out of the process. After that, she sent a list of how many pieces that she needed to put outfits together. That part was a little difficult-- I couldn't decide what I wanted to send!
Once I decided on the pieces, I uploaded the pictures to PicMonkey and made a collage. That way, it would be much easier for her to see everything at once!
Out of these pieces and a few recommended pieces, Shanna created 87 outfits! I never would have thought to put together some of these. Here are just a few of my favorites:
Outfit #1: Chambray shirt, flowy white top, coral jeans, black flats, polka dot scarf.
Outfit #2: Chambray shirt (representing denim jacket), Cream lace dress, leopard scary, red wedges.
Outfit #3: Black dress, purple striped cardigan, polka dot scarf, black boots.
Overall I was so pleased with the process and loved getting to text and email Shanna so much. She was so great to work with and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for some help with their style.

Okay, this is awesome. Seriously! I can't believe she came up with that many outfits! Ill definitely keep her in mind if I ever decide to be styled... It sounds pretty fun!!

I like a lot of these pieces. They look classy.
My favorite outfit is jeans and a t-shirt or a tank top and thin hoodie jacket, depending on the time of year. Or a simple knee-length dress.
How fun is this! I feel the same way as you - I know what's "in" and fashionable, I just don't always know how to dress myself that way. This is a neat idea! I love the outfits she created =)

This is like shopping in your own closet! I love it! I have never been styled, but would love to be. I think I'm going to have a play around in my wardrobe and see if I can style myself :)
I can't believe you got 87 outfits from a few pieces! That's awesome! Seriously, I need someone to come do that to my closet. I wear the same 2 outfits all the time! Ha! I definitely need to expand my wardrobe but right now there are other priorities.
