January: I moved to Houston, shared a wedding recap series (before the ceremony, the ceremony, the reception), Nick and I both got jobs, and I was homesick.

February: I continued to love my first job in Houston, shared our love story, and did my first vlog.
March: I reposted a guest post from another blog because I didn't understand HTML, visited my family in SC, I went to the ER for the first time, and stayed in the hospital overnight.
April: Wrote about what being a sorority women means to me, went to the Astros vs. Braves game, did my first OOTD post, got my first full time big girl job, saw the Black Keys in concert, featured my favorite trend (only including this one because it's my most viewed post to date!)
May: I featured one of my favorite places in Houston, hit 100 followers, shared a secret family recipe, had a "very traumatic experience," and welcomed Anabelle into our lives.

June: Shared some things that I was afraid to share, started Being Greek, spent lots of time with Faison and got to know Texas summers, shared our Disney honeymoon adventures (1, 2, 3, 4), talked about my struggle with anxiety, came back with things that I wasn't afraid to tell you, and moved into a new apartment.
July: Met Lindsay and Meg for the first time and had a family photo shoot, stopped comparing myself to other bloggers, showed off our living room, kitchen, and bedroom, celebrated a year of marriage, and shared one of my life-long goals.

August: Celebrated my 23rd birthday without my family, wrote about my struggle with self-image, met up with some pretty awesome bloggers, compared Texas and South Carolina, and landed my dream job.
September: Started my dream job, went to a bunch of awesome concerts, attended the Houston Blogger Symposium, asked you to introduce yourselves, and rubbed elbows with fancy people at the Kate Spade fall launch party.
October: Admitted that I was probably crazy, finally started to feel at home in Houston, shared our engagement story, told you some of my strongest opinions, and wrote a letter to my sorority founders.
November: Celebrated Election Day like it was a holiday, shared the biggest event of the year at my organization, saw the Les Miserables live show in Houston, and visited South Carolina for Thanksgiving.
December: Attended the Houston Blogger Symposium Holiday Party, saw Cat Cora make some amazing food, shared my Christmas list, wrote about my blogaversary, and made goals for the new year.
This year in Houston was even more amazing than I could have imagined. I never would have thought that I would have done half of the things I did. I have to thank blogging for the majority of the experiences that I've had. Without the friends I've made through blogging, I'd be bored and lonely!
How was 2012 for you?
What are you looking forward to most in 2013?
